About Agada Elachi
Holds a Ph.D. specializing in Terrorism, Mediation and Peace from Walden University, U.S.A. He has been engaged in active legal practice with a bias for resolving disputes outside the conventional court system over the years. He has served in different capacities and on different committees within and without the professional circle. He was the Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Abuja (Unity) Branch (2015-2016).
Barrister Agada Elachi has varied experience in the practice of law covering areas like commercial law and company practice. He is a qualified and certified Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) capital market operator and actively engaged in investment advising. He is also a fellow of International Institute of Leadership and Governance INILAG (Nigeria). He is a certified trainer of mediators and leads training in mediation skills, negotiation skills, effective communication and conflict analysis just to mention a few.He also sits on the governing council and the board of several organizations including Non-governmental organizations, and for profit establishments. He is currently the chairman of PILLAR Micro-finance Bank Ltd.
